I took over the president of ISRN from January 2021 under the pandemic of corona virus. The purpose of this society is to clarify the problems with exposure of radiation
including not only vascular endothelial cells, glial cell and synaptic function, but also
elucidation of the mechanistic action of radiation on the brain plasticity. Collaborating with all members, our aim is to create a new academic research field called “Radiation Neurobiology”
